The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Customs committee of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation and Customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties for the purpose of realization of provision of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 and the List of measures for deepening of interaction of Customs Services in connection with organization of Eurasian economic community of March 16, 2001, recognizing need of ensuring customs control over movement of goods and vehicles between customs authorities of state members of EurAsEC;

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties take measures for the organization of information exchange for control of movement of goods and vehicles, perform joint actions for non-admission of their illicit movement through customs borders of state members of EurAsEC according to international treaties and the legislation of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties within six months after approval of the Protocol will approve:

- structure and format of information;

- information transfer methods;

- Regulations on the organization of exchange of information on movement of goods and vehicles.

The parties will take measures for use of modern methods of information processing and will aim at expansion of scope of information technologies.

Article 3

The parties will organize information exchange concerning fight against smuggling and other types of customs violations.
