DECIDED:
1. Accept Standard recommendations of responsibility of the railroads to customs authorities and interaction in case of search of not delivered goods (are applied).
2. To Customs Services of the Parties to be guided by the made Standard recommendations when implementing customs clearance and customs control of the goods moved with railway mode of transport.
