for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development and strengthening of material and technical resources, increase in level of medical and cultural attendance in improving organizations;

proceeding from mutual interest in cooperation increase in the field of sanatorium treatment and improvement of citizens' health;

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote cooperation increase in the field of development of sanatorium, improving and tourist organizations and organizations for the purpose of creation in them optimum conditions for strengthening of health of citizens of the states, deeper acquaintance with culture, the nature and sights, and also with historical monuments and national traditions of the people of four countries.

Article 2

The parties will cooperate in the field of exchange of the citizens of the states needing sanatorium treatment and rest on the basis of equality, mutual advantage.

For the purpose of increase in number of such citizens of the Party will perform measures for simplification of customs procedures, to exchange lists of travel companies, sanatorium and other improving organizations.
