being guided by provisions of the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,
proceeding from mutual interest in strengthening of control of import and commodity exportation (works, services), timely and complete receipt of taxes, duties and other payments in government budgets of state members of Eurasian economic community (далееЕврАзЭС),
wishing to render for this purpose each other assistance,
agreed as follows:
In this agreement "competent authorities" are understood as the term tax and customs authorities of state members of EurAsEC.
Customs and tax authorities of each of the states of the Parties within the competence communicate, necessary for execution of the tasks assigned to them.
Customs authorities of each of the states of the Parties provide necessary information to tax authorities of the Party.
Tax authorities of the Parties have the right to provide each other information obtained from customs authorities within the existing intergovernmental agreements about cooperation between competent tax authorities of state members of EurAsEC.

Customs authorities of the states of the Parties have the right to provide each other information obtained from tax authorities within current agreements on cooperation between customs authorities of state members of EurAsEC.
