agree to the entry of the Republic Georgia into the Commonwealth of Independent States.

At the same time they recognize that based on this Decision the Republic Georgia can take full part in work of all bodies of the Commonwealth.

It is made in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Archive of the Government of the Republic of Belarus which will send to the states which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
