Assume, regarding not contradicting the Agreement, function of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan created based on the Agreement on deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas of March 29, 1996 and the Council of Heads of Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan created according to the Decision of Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation of October 22, 1997 N 13.

2. Reorganize:
