We confirm commitment to earlier reached agreements directed to forming of custom union and common economic space.

We express confidence that activities of EurAsEC will be the effective and directed to integration of Community into system world economic bonds.

Are convinced that formation and strengthening of Eurasian economic community will become powerful incentive for activation of interaction in general format of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

We declare that the Community is open for all states sharing its purposes and the principles ready to assume the corresponding obligations and to participate in its activities as full-fledged members or observers, and we hope that it will get support of other international organizations and the world community in general.
