considering priority task of removal of distinctions in the conditions of movement of goods and currency by the physical persons who are constantly living in the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union

agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement determines procedure and conditions:

- free crossing by the physical persons who are constantly living in the State Parties of the Customs union including temporarily being beyond their limits (further - physical persons), frontiers between the State Parties of the Customs union;

- movements by physical persons through customs borders between the State Parties of the Customs union of the goods which are not intended for productive or other business activity;

- movements of currency by physical persons.

Article 2

The parties in two-month time after entry into force of this agreement will take measures for the organization at check points on frontiers, and also in air international ports through which are performed air traffic between the State Parties of the Customs union, movement of physical persons and their goods in the priority, simplified procedure, including, if necessary, creation of special "corridors".
