About mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks
The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
being guided by the Contract between the Russian Federation, the Republic Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic on deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas of March 29, 1996,
considering aspiration of the Parties to creation of the single labor market,
wishing to promote further development and deepening of multilateral cooperation in the fields of education, sciences and cultures,
aiming at setting standards of mutual recognition of education documents, academic degrees and ranks,
agreed as follows:
This agreement extends to the documents of the state sample on education, academic degrees and ranks issued in the territories of the states of the Parties and also to the documents of the state sample issued by the organizations of formation of one of the states of the Parties located in the territories of other states.
The certificate on the basic general education granted in the Republic of Belarus, the certificate on the termination of the main school granted in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the certificate on the main school education granted in the Kyrgyz Republic and the certificate about the main general education issued in the Russian Federation, the certificate on incomplete secondary education granted are recognized the Republic of Tajikistan the Parties and are equivalent in case of education continuation.
