The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan which further are referred to as with the Parties, wishing to provide necessary conditions for effective implementation by the Eurasian Economic Community of the purposes and tasks,

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,

considering provisions of article 16 of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community according to which the Eurasian Economic Community and its officials use privileges and immunities which are necessary for accomplishment of the functions and goal achievement provided by the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community and agreements existing within Eurasian economic community

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this Convention the stated below terms mean:

"Agreement" - The constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community signed in the city of Astana on October 10, 2000;

EurAsEC or "Community" - the Eurasian Economic Community;

"state member" - state member of Eurasian economic community;

"the state of stay" - the state in the territory of which the body of Community or its representation is located;

"bodies of EurAsEC" or "bodies of Community" - Interstate Council (Mezhgossovet), the Integration Committee, Inter-parliamentary Assembly, Court of Community formed according to article 3 of the Agreement;

"representation" - representative office of Integration Committee of EurAsEC in state member of Community;

"Secretary general" - the highest administrative official of Community;

"officials" are persons approved by bodies of Community for representation of state members of EurAsEC according to the quotas for positions assigned to each state member which list is determined by Mezhgossovet;

"employees" - persons working as specialists in bodies of EurAsEC on the basis of the contracts signed with them;
