Regulations on officials of bodies of Eurasian economic community

Section I. General provisions

Article 1

Officials of bodies of EurAsEC are the faces approved by bodies of Community for representation of state members of EurAsEC according to the quotas for positions assigned to each state member which list is determined by Mezhgossovet.

Section II. Status and restrictions

Article 2

Citizens of state members of EurAsEC taking into account the established quotas can only be officials of bodies of EurAsEC.

Officials of bodies of EurAsEC have the status determined by the documents accepted within EurAsEC.

Officials of bodies of EurAsEC have no right:

be engaged in business or any other activity for the benefit of personal benefit or benefit of other persons, except for scientific, creative and teaching activities;

request or receive instructions from state members of EurAsEC, persons and the organizations foreign in relation to EurAsEC;

be engaged in the activities not compatible to their status of the international employees, in particular, to use the official position for the benefit of political parties and associations;

earn from physical persons and legal entities the rewards (gifts, monetary rewards, loans, payment of entertainments, rest and other remunerations) connected with execution, non-execution and/or undue execution of the service duties;

be the deputy of legislative (representative) public authority, local government body;

participate in management of the commercial organization or have financial interest in activities of any commercial enterprises if such participation or financial interest allow it to benefit thanks to his official position;
