Regulations on Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community

Chapter I. General provisions

1. The integration Committee of Eurasian economic community (further - Integration Committee) according to article 6 of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 is permanent body of Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC or Community).

The integration Committee in the activities is accountable to Interstate Council of EurAsEC (Mezhgossoveta).

2. According to article 3 of the Constitutive treaty of EurAsEC and in the part which is not contradicting this Agreement, the Integration Committee of EurAsEC assumes accomplishment of functions of the Integration Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan founded by the Contract between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation on deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas of March 29, 1996.

3. Deputy heads of governments of state members of Community are part of Integration Committee.

4. Meetings of Integration Committee are held at least once in three months.

At the initiative of any of state members of Community or the Chairman of Integration Committee or on Mezhgossovet's decision emergency meetings can be convened.

Chapter II. Functions

5. For realization of the purposes and tasks of Community the Integration Committee performs the following functions:

- analyzes condition and tendencies of development of integration processes in Community, develops offers on their promotion, including by development and approval of drafts of the relevant agreements and decisions of bodies of EurAsEC;

- considers questions, approves and introduces the drafts of decisions concerning on Mezhgossovet:

regulations of conditions of mutual trade between state members of Community;
