Article 1.

The Kyrgyz Republic joins Agreements on the Customs union of January 6 and 20, 1995 and the decision of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Kazakhstan-Russian commission of November 22, 1995 about conditions of forming of the Customs union.

Article 2.

Contracting parties assume in full the rights and obligations following from Agreements on the Customs union of January 6 and 20, 1995 and other existing documents in that as for the purposes, the principles and conditions, and also stages and the mechanism of forming and functioning of the Customs union.
