About individual housing construction in the Kyrgyz Republic

Nobody can be evicted the occupied apartment house or is limited in right to use by the individual apartment house differently as on the basis and according to the procedure, provided by the law. Implementation of housing laws in contradiction with their appointment or violation of the rights of other citizens, and also the rights of the state and other organizations is not allowed.
