Article 1

1.1. The Russian side transfers to the possession to the Republic of Tajikistan for placement of Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan the following buildings in Moscow located at the addresses:

- Skatertny Pereulok, 19, with a total area of 359 sq.m;

- Granatny Pereulok, 13, with a total area of 983 sq.m.

1.2. Parcels of land, with a total area of 1588 sq.m, including: on Skatertny Pereulok, 19 - 288 sq.m and to Granatny Pereulok, 13 - 1300 sq.m on which the buildings specified in Item 1.1 of this agreement are located are provided to the Republic of Tajikistan in lease for 49 years with the rent in the amount of 1 ruble a year.

1.3. The exact location and borders of the parcels of land specified in Item 1.2 of this agreement are designated on the enclosed plans (Appendices 1 and 2).

Article 2

2.1. The Tajik Side transfers to the possession of the Russian Federation for placement of Embassy of the Russian Federation incomplete construction of the building and construction in Dushanbe, at the address:

- Ulitsa Abu Ali Ibn Sino, 29/31, with a total area of 8000 sq.m.
