agreed as follows:

Article 1

According to this agreement regular and irregular transportations of passengers, and also loads by vehicles between both countries and transit across their territories are performed.

Article 2

Determination of competent authorities of Contracting Parties, the special terminology applied in this agreement, and also the provisions connected with use of registration and distinctive marks, shipping documents are given in the appendix N 1 of this agreement which is its integral part.

I. Transportations of passengers

Article 3

1. Regular transportations of passengers by buses will be organized under approval between competent authorities of Contracting Parties.

2. Proposals on the organization of such transportations are beforehand submitted each other by competent authorities of Contracting Parties. These offers shall contain data relatively: names of carrier, route, the schedule of movement, rate, stop Items on which the carrier will make landing and disembarkation of passengers, and also the planned period of accomplishment of transportations.
