About creation of Interstate currency committee

The State Parties of the Agreement on creation of Economic union, further - the Parties,

for the purpose of the organization of cooperation in the field of currency and payment and credit relations,

being guided by the Agreement on creation of the Payment union of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 21, 1994,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties create Interstate currency committee as standing body of the Payment union of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Article 2

The interstate currency committee performs the activities based on Regulations on Interstate currency committee which are integral part of this agreement (is applied).

Article 3

This agreement becomes effective from the date of delivery on storage to depositary of the third notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.

It is made in the city of Minsk on May 26, 1995 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in the Executive Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this agreement, its verified copy.
