Article 1

Development, production, deliveries and providing the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth with arms, military equipment, industrial goods and other appliances, their accumulating to perform by the unified plans of orders and deliveries of military products approved between the State Parties of the Commonwealth at the expense of the single defense budget (own armed forces of the State Parties of the commonwealth - on the principles of settlement on agreed prices) with preserving and development of cooperative bonds of military production, the long-term production and economic relations and direct agreements.

Article 2

The State Parties of the Commonwealth which signed the agreement on the Joint Armed Forces shall finance development, production and deliveries of arms, military equipment and other appliances for the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth from the single defense budget and having own armed forces, including placed under operational authority to the Main command of the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth - on contractual basis.

Article 3

Regulation of deliveries and developments of the major types of military products is performed at the level of the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth.
