1. The legal advisory board of the State Parties of the Commonwealth (is referred to as - Council) is created for the organization and carrying out the preparatory work connected with cooperation in the field of ensuring rapprochement of the legislation of these states for the purpose of creation of optimum and equal conditions for economic activity in the states in the field of common interests.
2. Council in the activities is guided by agreements, decisions of Council of heads of states and Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth, this Provision and the legislation of the Parties.
3. Members of council are Ministers of Justice and chairmen of the supreme Arbitration (economic) courts of the State Parties of the Commonwealth.
4. Participation in work of Council is not obstacle for the conclusion the states of bilateral agreements on this problem.
5. Decisions of Council have advisory nature.
6. The Council location - the city of Minsk.
1. Development of the general principles and concepts of carrying out work on rapprochement of the economic legislation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth.
2. Development according to the signed agreements of recommendations about rapprochement of the economic legislation of the Parties.
3. Organization of work on preparation of draft agreements on rapprochement of the economic legislation for the separate directions and their submission in accordance with the established procedure to Council of heads of states and Council of Heads of Government of the states of the Commonwealth.
4. Creation of the commissions and the working groups on the directions of rapprochement of the economic legislation for carrying out the analysis of the legislation and project development of agreements and recommendations about its rapprochement.
The period for which said commissions and working groups are created their structure, specific objectives, procedure for financing of their work are determined by Council.
