The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming at all-round development of cooperation in the field of labor activity and social protection of the citizens working outside borders of the states

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

Action of this agreement extends to persons (further hereinafter are referred to as - workers) and the members of their families who are citizens or having the permanent residence in the territory of one of the Parties (further hereinafter is referred to as - the Party of departure) and performing the labor activity on the terms of the employment contract (contract) with employers in the territory of other Party (further hereinafter is referred to as - the Party of employment).

Article 2.

The age restrictions set for employment of citizens are determined by the legislation of the Party of employment.

Article 3.

Bodies, authorized to represent the Parties to implementation of this agreement (further hereinafter are referred to as - authorized bodies), act:

from the Russian Federation - the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation;

from the Republic of Moldova - the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

All questions connected with accomplishment of this agreement are solved by mutual consultations between authorized bodies of the Parties.

Authorized bodies form the working group on implementation of this agreement and adoption of operational decisions.

Regulations of work of working group and regulations on it affirm authorized bodies jointly.

Article 4.

Entrance, stay, labor activity of the worker in the territory of the Party of employment and the termination of employment relationships with it are regulated by the legislation of this Party.
