1. In the specified Agreement are understood as competent authorities of Contracting Parties:

from Turkmenistan:

The ministry of road transport of Turkmenistan, and in Article 14 regarding the taxation of the income from international perevozokministerstvo of economy and finance of Turkmenistan

2. In the specified Agreement it is necessary to understand:

a) under the term "vehicle":
