The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Estonia, hereinafter referred to as "Contracting parties", in view of favorable development of bilateral trade and economic relations, aiming at further development of automobile communication between both states, and also en route through their territories,

AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

According to provisions of this agreement motor transportations of passengers and loads are performed between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Estonia, en route through their territories, and also in/from the third states.

Article 2

In this agreement:

1. The term "passenger vehicle (bus)" means any motorized vehicle which is designed or adapted for transportation of passengers, has more than nine places, including driver's seat, and is registered in the state of one of Contracting Parties.

2. The term "cargo vehicle (cargo vehicle") means the motorized vehicle which is designed or adapted for transportation of goods, and is registered in the state of one of Contracting Parties or combination of vehicles from which the tractor is registered in the state of one of Contracting Parties.

3. The term "carrier" means physical person or legal entity which is granted the right to carry out the international motor transportations of passengers or loads according to the national legal system existing in the territory of the state of one of Contracting Parties.

4. The term "permission" means the document granting right to use of the vehicle for the international motor transportation of passengers or loads on the territories of the states of Contracting Parties.

5. The term "regular transportations of passengers" means the transportations performed by buses according to in advance approved schedule, route with indication of initial and final Items of movement and Items of stops.
