The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia which further are referred to as with the Parties

aiming to promote development of political, economic and cultural cooperation between two states,

considering useful according to interests of both Parties carrying out consultations and exchange of opinions at the different level concerning the bilateral relations and to international problems,

wishing to promote the operational solution of questions of mutually beneficial cooperation,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will hold regular negotiations and consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and other levels concerning bilateral cooperation, and also to the international and regional problems which are of mutual interest.

For consideration of specific questions expert and working groups as agreed by the parties can be created.

Article 2

The parties on the basis of the arrangement determine working procedure for negotiations and consultations, time and terms of their carrying out. Meetings of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Estonia and their representatives will be in advance stipulated through diplomatic channels.

Article 3

The parties create conditions for establishment of direct contacts and experience exchange by means of training, consultations, the directions of certain employees or delegations.

Article 4

During participation in work of the international organizations and forums of delegation of the Parties, in the spirit of constructive cooperation, can hold consultations on the different questions which are of mutual interest.
