About approval of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic by citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation
For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation about the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of February 26, 1999 the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic as citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that this Provision becomes effective after ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation about the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality.
3. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide agreement performance between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation about the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of transport, construction, communications and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
