Article 1. Under the term "other social payments" in article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring timeliness of salary payment, pensions, benefits and other social payments" (The sheet of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, N 7, the Art. 90) should understand forms of material (cash) security of citizens by all companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership and managing in established by the law cases which treat: compensation of damage owing to labor mutilation or occupational disease, compensation, lump-sum allowances.
Article 2. Operation of this Law has retroactive force on time of the action and extends to each case of delay of salary payment, pensions, benefits and other social payments from coming into force of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring timeliness of salary payment, pensions, benefits and other social payments".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
