2. Recognize invalid the following regulatory legal acts:
1) the Regulations on trainees of notaries approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 8, 1998 for N3 (registered in the Ministry of Justice for N 425, published on November 30, 1998 in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies N of the Republic of Kazakhstan 8);
2) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 1999 N 39 "About modification of the Regulations on trainees of notaries approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 8, 1998" (registered in the Ministry of Justice for N 804);
3) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2000 N 78 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Ministry of Justice for N 1280, published in December, 2000 in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies N of the Republic of Kazakhstan 12).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
