I oblige:

1. Put on the international wanted list the persons who committed crimes in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and absconding and vessels or from punishment departure only in the presence of the sanction of the prosecutor.

2. Assign authorization of the international search to prosecutors of areas, of Astana, Almaty and equated to them or their deputies.

H. In case of the solution of question of authorization of the announcement of the international search to be guided strictly by the requirements of interstate extradition treaties, other international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the domestic legislation.

4. Determine the following procedure for consideration of materials about the announcement of the international search:

4.1. In the presence of sufficient data on possible finding of the searched person outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS countries the body conducting criminal procedure issues the motivated decree on the announcement of the international search of person (appendix N 1). The resolution together with case papers and the petition of body goes to the prosecutor for decision making.
