I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations of Admission of citizens in bodies of prosecutor's office.

2. To prosecutors of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty and equated to them, the Main Military Procuracy, PSII Ts(D), to prosecutors of the cities, areas, heads of scientific and other institutions under the Prosecutor General's Office:

2.1. 3. To prosecutors of areas, cities, areas to organize reception of citizens in days off (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays, to approve schedules of their acceptance.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on Management of documentary providing and addresses of citizens of the Secretariat of the Attorney-General.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 17.02.2001 N 19 "About approval of Regulations of Admission of citizens in bodies of prosecutor's office".
