1. The form of permission to transit international carriages of loads road transport on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan affirms the Kazakhstan Side and is made by typographical method in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
The form of permission to transit international carriages of loads road transport on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan affirms "the Uzbek Side" and is produced by typographical method in the Uzbek, Russian and English languages. Change of form of the form of permission is made as agreed by the parties.
2. Permissions shall have, the series and sequence number constituted for year and are valid in the presence of the corresponding signs and seals of competent and executive bodies of the Parties.
From the Kazakhstan Side competent authority is the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, executive body - Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From the Uzbek Side competent authority is the State joint-stock corporation of road transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, executive body - Head department of freight transportation of Uzavtotrans State joint-stock corporation.
