Article 1

The parties apply enclosed and being integral part of the this Protocol Polozheniye about the organization of exchange of information about movement of goods in transit between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Polozheniye).

Article 2

The parties approve structure and format of information provided according to the Provision, provide coordination of the activities and also information processing will aim at expansion of scope of information technologies, modern methods and transmission media.

Article 3

The disputes and disagreements arising in case of accomplishment of obligations of the Parties in interpretation and application of the this Protocol, are solved by carrying out consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Article 4

Under mutual written approval between the Parties in the this Protocol changes and additions which are drawn up by stand-alone programs to the Protocol and being its integral part can be made.

Article 5

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of its signing.
