According to article 209 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About scrap and family" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption (adoption) to foreigners.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption (adoption) to foreigners

1. These rules establish procedure for transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption (adoption) to foreigners. Adoption or adoption is allowed concerning minor children and only in their interests.

2. The children without parental support who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be transferred to adoption (adoption) to foreigners if it is not possible to transfer them to education to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or to adoption (adoption) to relatives irrespective of nationality and the residence of these relatives.

3. Children can be transferred to adoption (adoption) to foreigners only after three months from the date of their statement on centralized accounting.
