I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the medical and sanitary help to the foreigners and stateless persons, the refugees who are constantly living or who are temporarily staying on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To chiefs of managements (departments) of health care of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty, heads of the republican treatment-and-prophylactic organizations, clinics of NTs, scientific research institute:

1) to provide rendering the medical and sanitary help to the foreigners and stateless persons, the refugees who are constantly living or who are temporarily staying on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the current legislation and according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2000 N 135;

2) to inform all bodies and the organization of health care this order, to provide control of execution on places and to provide information on its accomplishment in the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for health care two times a year.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman.
