Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission on the security market in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 17, 1998 No. 4 "About approval of the Regulations on professional activity of brokers and dealers in the security market of the Kyrgyz Republic", and also the resolution of State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the security market of November 6, 2001 No. 95 from the moment of registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
