The parties confirm the difference by results of trade and economic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus from January 1 till October 29, 1992 formed before transition to calculations through correspondent accounts for benefit of the Republic of Belarus in the amount 45 929 910, of 81 rubles that in equivalent constitutes the 207th 649, the 13th US dollar.
The government of the Kyrgyz Republic recognizes as public debt in front of the Republic of Belarus the difference by results of trade and economic relations specified in Article 1 of this agreement and agrees to its renewal in public credit which is considered the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic provided by the Republic of Belarus and received.
The size of the granted public credit constitutes the 207th 649, the 13th US dollar.
The public credit is granted by the Republic of Belarus to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic till December 31, 2013 with repayment by annually equal shares during 2011-2013. Early repayment of the credit is allowed.
Repayment of public credit is made by the Kyrgyz Side the following payments: On September 30, 2011 in the amount of the 69th 216, the 38th US dollar, on September 30, 2012 - in the amount of the 69th 216, the 38th US dollar and on September 30, 2013 - in the amount of the 69th 216, the 37th US dollar.
