- to widows of the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som;

- to persons awarded with awards and medals of the USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som;

- to the faces which underwent in days of the Great Patriotic War of illegal violent mobilization in working columns (trudarmiya) and afterwards rehabilitated - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som.

Payment of annual supplementary one-time money allowance to the above-stated categories of citizens is made irrespective of the size of the received pensions, benefits, monetary compensations.
