According to article 5 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of 06.04.98 N 457, Item 2 of the Actions plan on implementation of the electronic document management connected with transportation of goods by railway transport, approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.12.2009 of N 1557-p I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of the electronic carriage document during transportation of goods by railway transport which is applied.

2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

2.1. Submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Bring this order to the permission of the railroads of Ukraine, the companies, organizations and the organizations using services of rail transport.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Korniyenko V. V.

Procedure for application of the electronic carriage document during transportation of goods by railway transport

I. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure regulates application of electronic carriage documents on rail transport from the moment of their creation before destruction.
