Bring in the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2009 N 240 "About approval of conditions of distribution of foreign and multilateral permissions to the Russian carriers" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 29, 2010, registration N 16155) with the changes made by the order of December 13, 2010 N 279 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 8, 2011, registration N 19745), changes according to appendix to this order.
