1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting inspection (check) for commercial banks and their branches by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for conducting inspection (check) for commercial banks and their branches by inspection divisions of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (new edition) approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on May 22, 1999 N 227 (рег. N 889 of February 4, 2000).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
