According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247) and "About banks and banking activity" (1996, N 5-6, Art. 54) the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Make changes to Regulations on the measures and sanctions applied by the Central bank to commercial banks for the violation of the bank law and the regulations regulating banking activity, approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 26, 1998 N 74 (рег. N 622 of February 5, 1999) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 10), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
