About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 10, the Art. 470) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Item 1 of Article 26 of the word "international treaties (agreements) ratified in the procedure established by the legislation" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. In Item 1 of Article 33 of the word "international agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. To add article 38 after the words "Chairman of Bank of Kyrgyzstan" with words ", vice-chairmen".
4. In Item 1 of Article 39:

"Vice-chairmen and board members are appointed the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the proposal of the Chairman of Bank of Kyrgyzstan for a period of seven years and are dismissed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the cases provided by this Law.".
5. To add Item 1 of Article 41 after the word "Chairman" with words ", vice-chairmen".
6. In Article 55:
