About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About television and broadcasting"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About television and broadcasting" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 6/2, of the Art. 570) the following amendment:

Add the law with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Providing persons with limited opportunities of health on hearing information

1. Television news telecasts of the public, municipal and public television channels which broadcasting covers three and more areas of the Kyrgyz Republic are followed by surdologichesky transfer (sign language) or subtitlings.

2. Operational information messages about emergency situations and/or about emergence of threat of homeland security, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic, are followed by surdologichesky transfer (sign language) or subtitlings.

3. The government of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with heads of the public, municipal and public television channels which broadcasting covers three and more areas of the Kyrgyz Republic, approves the list of the telecasts which are subject to obligatory maintenance by surdologichesky transfer (sign language) or subtitlings.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after one month from the moment of official publication.
