About implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 5, 2011 No. 2 "About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic"

For the purpose of improvement of the medicinal help to the population, strict execution of procedure for writing out of recipes in the organizations of health care and leave of medicines to the population, I order:

1. To heads of the organizations of health care, coordinators on health care of areas and Osh:

1.1. accept to management and execution the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 5, 2011 No. 2 "About approval of procedure for writing out of recipes on medicines and about their leave in the Kyrgyz Republic";

1.2. bring this resolution to the attention of the organizations of health care and the pharmaceutical organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental accessory;

1.3. provide replication of prescription forms of the established sample of form No. 107/at, 148-1/at and to provide with them doctors in enough;

1.4. provide control of the correct execution of recipes on medicines of prescription dispensing, writing out of medicines under the international unlicensed or generic names only on forms of recipes of the approved sample.

2. To the chief of UF MZ KR (Nazarov Z. D.) to raise money on replication of forms of recipes on receipt of the medicine containing narcotic substance of the established sample.

3. To the CEO ДЛОиМТ (Kurmanov R. A.):

3.1. for the purpose of centralized replication to determine requirement of the organizations of health care for forms of recipes of the established sample on receipt of the medicine containing narcotic substance. The generalized need to provide to Management of finance of MZ KR for assignment for replication of recipes for writing out of narcotic medicines;
