The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

based on provisions of the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 (further - EurAsEC or Community),

being guided by the Concept of the agro-industrial policy of state members of EurAsEC approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of EurAsEC of March 24, 2005 No. 204,

aiming at carrying out coordinated policy for the purpose of:

increases in level of technical equipment of agro-industrial complexes of the states of Community;

developments of production of agricultural machinery, the machines, mechanisms, the equipment and vehicles used in agro-industrial complexes of state members of EurAsEC;

developments of international leasing of agricultural machinery, the machines, mechanisms, the equipment and vehicles used in agro-industrial complexes and made in state members of EurAsEC;

increases in competitiveness of agricultural mechanical engineering in the states of Community;

growths in volumes of production of main types of agricultural products for ensuring food security of state members of EurAsEC and Community in general;

forming in Community of mechanisms of protection of the rights and interests of subjects of international leasing of agricultural machinery, machines, mechanisms, equipment and the vehicles used in agro-industrial complexes and made in state members of EurAsEC;

investment attraction in agro-industrial complexes of the states of Community,

agreed as follows:
