For the purpose of creating favorable conditions to the companies, enhancement of procedures of certification and implementation of systems of quality management, in pursuance of the Program of measures for deepening and expansion of scale of reforms in economy of Uzbekistan for 2011 - 2015, to determination and realization of system of criteria and estimates on forming in the country of business climate approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 7, 2011 No. PP-1464, and also the State program "Year of small business and private entrepreneurship" approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2011 the No. PP-1474, Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Uzstandart Agency:
about cancellation since May 1, 2011 of the requirement about payment by the companies - producers of permanent licensed contributions from amount of the sold certified products to certification bodies for use of marks of conformity, with introduction instead of them lump one-time sum payment in the amount of, approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
about carrying out certification of products made for delivery to export on voluntary basis;
about introduction since May 1, 2011 of notifying procedure for certification of separate types of the made products;
about simplification of procedure for certification of the imported processing equipment and their parts by recognition of the certificates of conformity issued by accredited bodies on certification of foreign countries.
