About payment for geological information on subsoil

According to article 41 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the minimum amount of payment for the geological information on subsoil obtained as a result of the state geological studying of subsoil from federal body of management of the state fund of subsoil (further hereinafter is referred to as - geological information on subsoil), constitutes 10000 rubles.

The amount of payment for geological information on subsoil can be increased taking into account amount of provided information, its type, consumer properties, but cannot exceed sizes of costs of public funds for geological studying of subsoil as a result of which this information was obtained.

The specific amount of payment for geological information on subsoil for the consumer of this information is determined by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management by the technique approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

2. The payment for geological information arrives in the income of the federal budget.
