Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2003 No. 1265 "About approval of the List of especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of water supply" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 46, the Art. 520) the following amendments:

in the list of especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of water supply, approved by the specified resolution:

in Section 1. "Group systems":

add the subsection "Southern Kazakhstan Area" in the line, sequence number 34-1, of the following content:

"34-1 Group water supply system Kazhymukan-Karaspansky;

in Section 2. "Local systems":

add the subsection "Kyzylorda Area" in the lines, sequence numbers 198-1, 198-2, 198-3, 198-4, of the following content:

"198-1 Local water supply system Toretam;

198-2 Local water supply system of "Akay";

198-3 Local water supply system of Terenozek;

198-4 Local water supply system Zhalagash.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
