About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, N 48, Art. 483; 2010, N 13, Art. 128, N 46, Art. 547) such changes:

1) in Article 1 part one:

the tenth and twelfth to state paragraphs in such edition:

"the principle of organizational unity - the principle according to which issue of documents of allowing nature (renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellation) to subjects of managing is performed in the procedure established by the legislation in the allowing center by the state administrator by interaction with representatives of local allowing authorities";

"the allowing center - working body of the relevant city council of the city regional and/or republican values of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (its executive body), district and district public administrations, the Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol in which issue of documents of allowing nature (renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellation) is carried out by the principle of organizational unity";

"2. Issue of documents of allowing nature by local allowing authorities is performed by the principle of organizational unity.
