1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine from 13.01.2010 N 8 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on storage of natural gas", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, 15.01.2010 for N 25/17320, such changes:
state the name in such edition:
"About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on storage of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields";
to add Item 1 after words of "natural gas" with words of "gas (methane) of coal fields".
2. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on storage of natural gas approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.01.2010 of N 8, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for N 25/17320, which are applied.
