1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of 13.01.2010 N 10 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on non-regulated rate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for N 27/17322, such changes:
state the name in such edition:
"About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on non-regulated rate";
to add Item 1 after words of "natural gas" with words of "gas (methane) of coal fields".
2. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on non-regulated rate approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.01.2010 of N 10, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for N 27/17322, which are applied.
