1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of 13.01.2010 N 12 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on distribution of natural and oil gas", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, 15.01.2010 for N 29/17324, such changes:
state the name in such edition:
"About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on distribution of natural, oil gas and gas (methane) of coal fields";
in Item 1 of the word of "natural and oil gas" shall be replaced with words "natural, oil gas and gas (methane) of coal fields".
2. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on distribution of natural and oil gas approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.01.2010 of N 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for N 29/17324, which are applied.
